Claims and returns

Return policy

We are sorry if you are experiencing problems with your Caldaro product. We take responsibility for every one of our products but also want to find points of improvement. Therefore, we welcome you to contact us to initiate and keep track of your claim with the following information:

  1. Product Number (Caldaro’s and Yours)
  2. Serial Number
  3. Description of fault – As detailed as possible, please. What function is failing? Will a photo of the fault be helpful to describe the fault?
  4. Origin of the fault: Zero kilometre – in your own or external production? Claim from a breakdown in the field?
  5. Your own RMA/claim-number
  6. Send the information above to


We email back a Caldaro RMA number, normally within 1-2 working days. (We use this RMA number for traceability in all handling and communications.)

Upon receiving our e-mail, you can send the claimed unit to us. Provided that the complaint is within warranty and handled accordingly with our general terms & conditions.
