Caldaro tackled the challenge of constructing an unbreakable joystick for one of the harshest environments on earth — namely, the mining industry. The result was the C15. This joystick is the base within our Palm Grip segment.
Caldaro defines a joystick as part of two modules. The joystick base and the joystick grip attached to the base. The C15 can be combined with for example our Viper grip or the Gecko grips series. See also the C06 series.

Viper slim is a professional multifunction joystick that provides all necessary functions easily accessible to the operator’s hand. Commonly found in container trucks, mining machines, forest applications, snow removal applications and many other special vehicles.
The Viper Slim has a highly appreciated design that provides a natural resting grip for the operator’s ergonomics. Proportional steering can be performed easily with the thumb via a rocker button for maximum sensitivity and control, which means no more thumb rolling. As an option, you can even have a unique index finger controlled gear selector (F-N-R) that makes operation comfortable and distinct.

The Lion is a multi-functional grip made for professional usage. First developed solely for mining application. Made to endure the test of time and harsh conditions. Can be found in mining applications, snow removal machines, cranes, and other special vehicles.
Our G-series consists of a great variety of grips made to fit a great variety of machines. The handles in the Gecko series is commonly used with the C15 joystick, and will give your machine perfect control.

The C06 is a highly versatile joystick that can be customised in almost any configuration. That makes it suitable for the most special applications. It is available with a wide range of grips, and in its standard configuration, it is fitted with long-life potentiometers. However, it is, of course, also available with hall sensors if needed. Example 1: Friction-hold joystick with a third Z-axis rotational knob. Two push buttons in the knob and one push button on the shaft. This one was designed for a maritime application.
Example 2: Multi-functional joystick with three analogue functions in the grip.
Example 3: Very well-sealed joystick with a toggle switch on top. Commonly used in demolition robot applications.
Example 4: Joystick with ganged long-life potentiometers for redundancy fitted with a two-push button aluminium grip.
Example 5: Two-axis joystick with friction hold on one axis and spring return on the other, fitted with a sealed one-push button grip.
